Project Overview
NZITG partnered with Intercell NZ to build a future-ready voice communications platform, laying the foundation for scalable VoIP infrastructure and next-generation AI voice capabilities. The project was aimed at enhancing call quality, reducing overheads, and integrating intelligent voice processing into Intercell’s core service offering.
Scope of Works
This was a ground-up deployment covering both physical and cloud infrastructure. NZITG was responsible for designing and implementing a secure, high-performance VoIP network capable of supporting AI-driven call routing, voice recognition, and smart queue management.
